Retail Insite announces another sale with the closing of the Rancho Santa Plaza shopping center located at 162 S Rancho Santa Fe Rd. Encinitas CA. The center is anchored by Harvest Ranch Market and is approximately 60,492 square feet in size. The Center sold for a price of $26,000,000 to Space Investment Partners, a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm located in Corona del Mar CA. The Buyers are planning major enhancements and aesthetic improvements.
