Retail Insite announces another sale transaction closing in the Del Mar community of North San Diego. The Property sale consisted of 3 freestanding retail buildings on land totaling 3.24 acres located at 2770, 2830, 2840 Via De La Valle. The property purchase price was $19,500,000 and a NNN investment sale included existing tenants of US Bank, Chase Bank, and Armstrong Garden Center, each occupying their own building. Mike Moser of Retail Insite handled the transaction and represented the Seller, P&G Enterprises in the sale to Kleege Enterprises.
