Historic Miramar Theatre in San Clemente Sells for $7.9M

We are pleased to announce the sale of the Historic Miramar Theatre property, located at 1700 N El Camino Real, San Clemente, California. The Sellers, El Camino Real Estate Partners, LLC, are a local ownership that purchased the property in 2005 with initial plans to develop in alternative uses. After going through Coastal Commission Review and City of San Clemente Planning Review, they were able to get plans in place to redevelop the site for commercial use and preserve the historic theatre structure. In addition to the property having historic designation it is also located in a qualified opportunity zone area. The new buyers, Fortuitous Partners, based out of Phoenix, Arizona, plan to renovate the property and rebuild for restaurant/commercial uses.
