Co-founder of Retail Insite, Ron has nearly 40 years of experience in retail real estate brokerage in San Diego. Prior to founding Retail Insite with Don Moser in 1996, Ron was with CBRE for over twelve years, where he ranked consistently in the Top 10 Western Region of the United States. He has completed over 2,000 retail transactions with total consideration in excess of $2.5 billion.

Ron has sold over 100 centers in his career, including the recent sale of Torrey Hills Center to First Washington Realty for just over $51 million. He has also sold over a 100 land parcels ranging from half an acre to over 20 acres.

Ron was actively involved with Monarch Schools for the underprivileged and San Diego ICSC. He is currently on the NAIOP board and previously served for six years on the ChainLinks board. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Ron is married with three daughters. His personal interests include golfing, sports, and living an active lifestyle.
