Paula started her career in commercial real estate after accepting a temporary position in which she was told to show up at an address for an interview not even knowing exactly what the job (or company for that matter) even WAS! After accepting the leasing administrative assistant position with Kimco Realty Corporation, she had no idea that she would be embarking on a career that would span 14 years.

While working all those years on the Landlord side of the business, she came in contact with some wonderful brokers over the years – and this was how she came to be part of the team at Retail Insite. She had come to know many of the RI brokers, and knew they had a wonderful company and fantastic team. She started with Retail Insite in December of the most notable year – 2020.

At Retail Insite, Paula enthusiastically assists the brokers with research, preparing LOI's, leases and other correspondence, and handles plenty of other administrative duties. She works closely with the brokers and their clients, contributing to their success.

Prior to Retail Insite and Kimco, Paula was an Executive Assistant for one of the senior pastors at North Coast Church, and did office management for a franchise leak detection company. She also owned and managed her own Little Debbie Snack Cake distributorship for many years.

Paula graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Management while being 9 months pregnant with her youngest daughter! She now has 3 grown daughters and 3 beautiful grandchildren. She has a love for animals (currently limited to 2 birds, Peaches and Lucy, and her turtle, Bean), gardening and cooking. She once had a love of travel (but we all know how that's going now!) and she hopes to be back at that soon!
