Kristin specializes in landlord and tenant representation in Orange County. She was Senior Director of Leasing at Irvine Company for the past 12 years, where she focused on regional box/power centers such as The Market Place in Tustin as well as lifestyle centers such as Corona Del Mar Plaza and Crystal Cove Shopping Center in Newport Beach.

Kristin has had the pleasure of working on over 40+ regional and neighborhood shopping centers and 4,000,000+ SF throughout the Irvine Company portfolio during her time there. She enjoyed the relationships she gained while working with a number of reputable tenants.

Earlier in her career, Kristin spent five years managing and leasing a portfolio of 12 shopping centers throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire at Wohl Investment Company, a boutique real estate investment firm in Newport Beach.

Kristin has a client-specific focus and passion for merchandising. She uses a hands-on approach to merchant and site selection and enjoys building strong and communicative relationships with her clients.

Kristin grew up in Newport Beach and attended the University of Puget Sound in Washington, where she graduated with Honors in Communication. She has lived abroad in Italy and loves to travel. Kristin currently resides in San Clemente and loves spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Mackenzie and George.
