Her diverse career spans leadership roles across both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including organizations such as Cushman & Wakefield, IQHQ, Sanford-Burnham Prebys Medical Research Institute, and Junior Achievement of San Diego County. These varied experiences have shaped her comprehensive approach to operational strategy, allowing her to leverage insights from different industries to drive impactful results. Now, as Director of Operations at Retail Insite, Karolyn is excited to apply her expertise to support the team’s ongoing growth and success.

Karolyn earned her Master of Arts from the University of Oregon and is a proud Ducks fan. A Southern California native, she enjoys life by the beach with her family, cheering on her kids at sports, and spending time on the pickleball court.
