Julie began her design career over ten years ago in the commercial real estate environment while working at Cushman and Wakefield, where she was the senior graphic designer. She created marketing materials for office, industrial, and retail brokers ranging from custom brochures, to high-end property branding and offering memorandums. Her work contributed to local and national success for many of the highest-profile CRE properties in San Diego.

For Retail Insite, Julie utilizes her knowledge of the commercial real estate market to build marketing materials effectively. Her goal is always to create best-of-class marketing pieces that showcase a property with the most visual impact.

In her free time, Julie is an experienced commercial real estate and lifestyle photographer. Her current photography muse is her corgi Koa, who happily models if treats are involved. As a former barista and certified coffee master, she also enjoys weekend trips to Seattle with her husband for a good cup of coffee.
