Brian G Pyke is a retail specialist focusing on landlord and tenant representation as well as investor acquisitions and dispositions. Since starting his commercial real estate career in 2005, Brian has specialized in advising his clientele through the entire life cycle of retail investment: locating opportunities, underwriting the asset, brokering the acquisition, repositioning and adding value through re-tenanting and renewing tenants, discerning market trends, establishing an exit strategy, and brokering the disposition.
Brian also represents many national and regional retailers in Southern California, and is intimately involved in their strategic planning, rollouts, expansions, and site-evaluation processes.
Brian has been involved in over 650 sales and lease transactions that total more than $500 million in consideration. Currently, Brian is responsible for the lease-up of properties totaling approximately 4,000,000 of retail space in San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, and Imperial Counties.
