Qualifications:

• Current DRE license
• Previous experience in commercial real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to adhere to deadlines
• Management of tasks, schedules and information

Role Description:

This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) as a Marketing Assistant in our Solana Beach office.  Responsible for direct support of brokers performing the following responsibilities and special projects as needed:

• LOI Preparation
• Preparing Commission Vouchers
• Coordinating Brochures
• Coordinating Merchant Plans
• Eblasts/Direct Email Tenant Lists
• Coordinating Maps/Aerials
• Printing and Placing Window Signs
• Printing & Binding Brochures
• Preparing REC Packages
• Preparing Tour Books
• Checking Brokers V/M – Return Calls
• Sign Calls – Qualify Tenants, Set Up Tours
• Research Ownership and Tenant Contact Information
• Establish New Listings
• Coordinate Listing and Commission Agreements
• Research Demographics and Traffic Counts
• Update Costar/Loopnet Listings
• Coordinate CRM Data Entry and Leasing Reports
• Coordinate Lease Comp/Sales Volumes Data Entry
• Contact Brokers and Landlords on Space Availability
• Occasionally Show Space
